I don't see it as an LE set issued by the casino as much as it is a tribute to deserving fellow members of this hobby, combined with a donation to the building fund. I can't fault that in any way! If you want all 8 chips, leave the show 4 times a day and lose your badge each time. If you don't want all 8 chips, pick your favorite mug shot for free and be happy!
