Yup, that's the idea - or at least my contention.

If you use the list email address to sell/trade chips, then it will be at face. If you put a note here or on Ebay then its at your descretion (at face, above face, auction, whatever).

I do sometimes sell chips on ebay, sometimes put them up on the list.
