I don't collect them, (not many that is) but I think the information should come out for everyone. It's not a dead issue.
After catching up on my reading I have a question. Here's a quote from one of the reports, with a slight alteration, making all names initials, for example...
"The dealers who sold me the chips as original casino chips are: MJ, BA, and WG. I also have or had a Frontier chip (according to MJ) that was altered and sold to me by Dealer E in 1994 or 1995."
A couple of things jumped out at me.
1) The simple one first. 1994!!! fakes have been on the market for seven years.
2) The dealers go up to letter "E" and three have been identified to some extent. So who is A and E. (my choice, since I don't have any way to know which letter is connected to which set of initials.) There are two more names missing and one more dealer "E", who possibly sold a fake brass core in 1995.
Is "A" another unnamed dealer who was accused of selling restored brass cores.
Accused or alledged for the leagal beagles. Why are three people identified and two held back? Once again, if they didn't do it, lets clear the air and stop the guessing.
Who is dealer "E"?
