Back in the 30's and 40's there used to be a few illegal clubs in this area... mostly in Council Bluffs.

Chez Paree - Carter Lake
The Riviera Club - Council Bluffs
The Flamingo Club - Council Bluffs
The Smoke Shop - Crescent

Those were the better known clubs... I am sure that there were more than that.

Hopefully I can find out more about this chip from a old time chip collector that I just met a couple of weeks ago. He has about 60,000 chips and he's been collecting since 1943.
