Got my Harrahs Visa from MBNA earlier this summer, no interest first x months on balance transfers and 12.99% interest after that. I'm sure you can get lower than 12.99 but they give $1 reward on your Harrahs Gold (or Platinum or Diamond) slot card for every $40 you spend. Plus I got an embrodered Harrah's Travel Bag. Very nice quality too.
