Whatever I caught recently seems to have Norton half-beat. The Anti-Virus caught it, and quarantined it. But it seems unable to delete it. So now I have a file stuck in quarantine that Norton prevents me from accessing. Nonetheless, everytime I start or close my e-mail program, the virus ATTEMPTS to do something, but Norton kindly informs me that the file is in quarantine and wasn't accessed.
Any idea how to deal with that?
When I try to open the "quarantine window" in Norton, it shuts down the entire anti-virus program.
Actually, I guess I'll just call them and pay the money for live support.
