Good day, Bob,
I'm sorry to say that there is very little (virtually nothing) in the way of books that cover foreign chips.
Mostly what is available in the way of chip reference would be a few casino metalic token books which may help to ID some material with monograms, as the metalic pieces had more information than the non-metalic pieces.
Another good reference source for foreign chips would be the many auction catalogs and some fixed price lists published through the years, but most of these are in German and French. Also, there have been some very informative works published in our club magazine on chips from Portugal, Spain, Poland, Belgium and the United Kingdom.
I'd be happy to help with some ID, as would our European collectors... and perhaps there are other viewers who will have aditional information.
