All of the hotels/resorts/casinos have a problem with plumbing - it's called "VACANCY".

You see, thier "vacancy rates" are high which means empty rooms which equates to plumbing not being used. You let that water sit in toilets, bathtubs and sinks for days, even weeks, and it becomes stagnant, which is your sewer smell.

The should run water in all sinks and bath tubs, and, flush the toilets at least once a week - but, that means $$$$$ and they don't do it. Let the customer complain and we'll movem, thats the CFO's advice.
