The best thing to do if you don't like the way a business is run, is to not do any business with them. If and when I don't think I can put up with the inconvenience of the lines anymore I will just skip on the chips. I really don't see that happening though. What the heck, Sometimes you wait 3 hours for a table in a restaurant.

BTW Donna was in line at 3pm and I got there at 4:45pm

I was more concerned with our own club members cutting the line. One Yard bird walked in at 6:00 and ended up about 65 people ahead of me and right behind Donna who had been in line for hours.
