I'm far from being an expert, Jon, but I do know that the Sands in Las Vegas had jetons (French-style plastic laminated chips). The Eldorado in Reno had (has) two plaques, and Boardwalk Regency in Atlantic City had a series of plaques as did Del Webb's Sahara and London Clubs in Las Vegas.

There may be others.....
