Pacheco Inn is the previous name of California Grand Casino in Pacheco. That site has been a cardroom since 1854 and is the oldest continuously operating cardroom in America. I can't see your scan, but all the chips from there that I've seen have been pretty worn. I'd love to get one in good shape.
