Good comments Mike. But I do need to add a few and they are mainly addressed to the originators of the RR's. I recently got 5 round robins delivered in one week. Several of those had no directions in them at all. When you sign up in May for a Nevada LE RR and several others and you get a package in July with mostly LE's in it but no instructions is this the same RR? Who remembers that far back? It is not that hard to type up (or even copy from someone else's RR) the instructions for a RR. Remember that if your instruction don't preclude it you may find your RR returned with one current $100 chip in it instead of the 150 fractionals you sent out. Most people try to add a chip to the RR but a lot of times there is no extra space in the pages. Leave a few blanks and they may come back filled.
