When we were at the Hard Rock during the convention, an under aged woman asked our group if they would cash in her bucket of change. Wayne Murphy offered and on his way to the cage, the security people confiscated the bucket. They then told the girl she could have her bucket back with ID. Wayne walked away and we all watched the dejected look on the girls face.

So I would assume there's not much the cage can do for an under aged person other than give directions.
