I don't know. If I buy a bottle of Scotch, in a limited edition commemorative bottle, don't they have the right to sell more of the scotch? The collectible is the bottle. In this case, they're supposedly changing the limited edtion packaging. Same as if the scotch company puts out a new limited edition bottle of the same batch of scotch.
