I just read the statute over a few times, and I think you'd be hard-pressed to say this violates the law. First, I don't believe that a casino chip qualifies as a numismatic item under this statute. THE CCGTCC's membership in the A.N.A. would not be enough in its own to make that argument. Furthermore, I don't think a reissue would qualify as an imitation. If a casino chip were a numismatic item, than the reissues would be as well.

A good lawyer could certianly make your argument, but I wouldn't bet on him winning. Thanks for the food for thought though.
