I haven't had that experience, but a couple of weeks ago Jan and I decided we would no longer be going to Pechanga. The reason? The way they are treating the customer since their move to the new casino.
We have experienced no service much of the time, and most of the little service we did get was indifferent, or downright rude. So the treatment you received comes as no great surprise to me. I believe your decision not to return is the proper one. I hope they lose enough business to send them a message.
