Well, Typical of how Saskatchewan Gaming works, There is an ad in Saturdays paper by the Saskatchewan Indian Gaming Authority(the ones who are supposed to be releasing the new slot cards) searching for a Manager to set up and run a new Players Tracking Club. The competition closes in 2 weeks. They DON'T EVEN HAVE THE CONCEPT set up yet!! These have been in the works for at least 5 months now and they have had the cards delivered to them for over a month!! Lord knows when the cards will be issued!!!! Tallk about yet another example of poor planning. AND, here's another tidbit on Crooked Gambling. The province runs our GREAT(sarcastic) Casino Regina and soon to be Casino Moose Jaw. Anyhow, they have plans in the works to do some major upgrades etc, SO, get a load of this; came from A) a slot manager and B) a person who works for the auditting firm) they tightened up ALL the slot machines to generate income faster!!!! Supposedly, the penny machines are now set at an 13% payout rate, while the nickels are the lowest at 11%. This would explain why they repeatedly refuse to make public their payout levels, depsite constant requestes from people and press.
