On June 29 I won an auction for a inexpensive chip ($15) although the seller had it tagged "rare". And no it was not from "our friend" who uses this word far too often!

Payment terms state cash, money order or cashier's check. Not ideal, but OK. Email notification comes with total including S/H, but no mailing address. No notice posted that seller would be away for any length of time. I email seller on 7/30 and ask it be sent to my office, address below and to please send me the payment mailing address. No response. Several more attempts, nothing! I even posted a note here to see if anyone knew the seller. No repsonse to that posting either. On 8/8 I email and tell the seller that if I have not heard from him by Sun 8/11, I would consider this transaction voided. Nothing.

No responses, no chip, nothing. Yesterday, 8/17, and almost 3 weeks after this thing ended, I am checking my feedback and guess what? The seller has left POSITIVE feedback on 8/17 for me on this transaction!! HUH?? I email him right away to ask how this is possible and still no response as of this morning. Go figure this one!!
