1) Save your image file as a .BMP file
- Start MS Paint
- Open the image file
- Save as a BMP file
2) Right click on the shortcut, Select Properties
3) On the SHORTCUT tab, select Change Icon
4) Push the Browse button and locate the BMP file
5) Press OK twice and you are done
