Thanks Jim! I knew how to do it ... but it was an afterthought after I had already typed my message and I did not store the ebay URL in advance.

Actually, I don't use the control key. I normally highlight the ebay address and right click my mouse to "copy". Then in the Optonal Link URL box below my typed message on thechipboard.com, I right click again "paste".
