I sent the following post to Hector Gonzalez after reading Jeff's post.

"You have refused to make good on a complaint by Jeff Wilcox. You did not send him the item advertised. Your conduct has been noted on the major board for casino chip collectors."

Here is his delightful response. I hope, Jeff, that you will follow up and contact Safe Harbor. This guy should not be permitted to sell there.
