The chip on the right is in Jim C's book as a third generation chip but not in TCR. Can anyone tell me where it is in TCR.

The chip on the right in not from "Joby's", but from the plain old Monte Carlo (renamed in 1957). Take a look at the top chip on page 173 of the 8th edition of TCR, it fits the description perfectly... it's a "Q" valued chip.
