The Commercial Hotel is still in operation in Elko. Your token was originally manufactured by the Osborne Mint in 1965. There have been restrikes since then -- 1979 by Letcher Mint (2 varieties - reeded and smooth edge) and 1981 by Roger Williams Mint.
McCarran Airport in Las Vegas has slots only - no casino - but there are plenty of casinos in the rest of the town.
