I remember seeing those chips. A few weeks ago my wife and I were playing Roulette at Bally's and a gentleman sat down next to me with a $500 chip { bright orange } and he asked if he could cash the chip in and the dealer told him no. The chip had to be placed as a single bet. He placed his chip on Black unfortunately it came up Red. The dealer called a supervisor over, he wrote something on a paper after which the chip went into the drop box.
