so far i found Avi has vouchers in the very back on the penny machines just before you would enter the buffett. the Riverside has Vouchers the very north end next to the bridge has some penny and nickel machines. the River Palms has them al;so on the 1 cent and 5 cent machines 3rd floor west wall. The Flamingo does not as of yet have them. i asked.
