Today I saw two Q rated chips sell for about $40 dollars on Ebay:

And a couple of days ago I saw a T+ rated chip sell for about $20:

What is going on here? After constantly seeing chips sell for way under book value, I would think a major value adjustment is warranted for the next edition of TCR and any other guide for that matter.
