The answer is real simple. Do what I do. Delete it immediately. Go to the deleted files and delete it again. If you think that there is a chance in heck of ever opening it go to the "garbage can" and delete it one last time. I have received at least 15 of these various infected emails in the last week. There was one where I replied to the sender since I though that it may be about my new trade list and it was. PLEASE - if you are sending anyone an email put something that would make sense to another chipper in the body of the letter and not just in the title block. The viruses take random addresses and title headings and send out the mail to everyone in the infected computers address book. I even got an infected email supposedly from myself!
