Churchill Downs was in the same small (very small) strip center that Little Caesars was in.It was the unit farthest south in the center. Little Caesars was closer to the north end. I worked at Little Caesars in 1987. At that time, Churchill Downs had already closed down, but the signage was still in place. The unit sat empty. I believe that before it closed, it handled some pretty heavy race action.
