I say keep the current logo & do whatever is necessary (within reason) to obtain ownership & protect it. Only failing that should we embark on seeking a new logo. If we set the precedent of changing the logo to include every offshoot of the casino collectable genre, we will contantly be revising it to include(?) bungee cords?, change buckets?, napkins?, any other not-yet-invented collectable somebody wants to start a chapter for.
