Recently, Charles Kaplan was given the job of forming a committe to advise the board on Club Logo usage.
I was asked to serve on this committe along with Charles and Dave Feavel.
We kicked around a few ideas and were in the midst of passing along some recommendations when we said WHOA! We don't have a club logo.
I should say a club logo that belongs to the club and one that is either trademarked or copyrighted.

I would guess at this point to make any recommendations would be moot as any member could use the current logo as they saw fit with no "official" condemnation.

My personal feeling is that the current club logo is somewhat dated. We are no longer a group of people that only collect chips and dice as pictured on the current logo.
I was wondering how others felt about this.

Should the current logo be changed totally?

Should the current logo be modified to include a picture of a room key, a token, a silver strike and a slot card? This could easily be done by moving around a few items and still retain much of the original design.

Should there be a contest to design a new logo ?

As it stands now I think we are at a standstill until we resolve this issue.
