Is your chip in the USPC records?

I wish. Not being in the records doesn't mean anything as the known records are a partial listing of what USPC made.

Another interesting chip features a black & white photo of a building (University of Cincinnati??). The reverse says "Alumni Dinner Cincinnati May 15, 1915"

It certainly was not beyond USPC to make special picture inlay chips.
