Back at the end of May I sent in a message about our experience at the Lady Luck Casino where we had a coupon for an ace in blackjack and the casino wouldn't honor it. Many of you wrote back to me and shared my opinion of the casino. Jim Pierre suggested a person to contact at Lady Luck and I did. The gentleman wrote back to me and said that after investigating the incident that I reported things exactly as they happened. He asked what he could do to make things right and even suggested redoing the hand. My husband's opinion was that it would be like lightning striking twice and the would never happen the same way a second time. The fact that the gentleman admitted they were wrong and offered to make amends was enough for both of us and I wrote back and told him that we appreciated his taking the time, etc. He did send me some Lady Luck chips and other souvenirs. Included was another coupon for a blackjack ace. He invited us to come in and meet him when we visit Las Vegas in October. And while I said hell would probably freeze over, etc. it looks like we'll be playing blackjack in the Lady Luck come October. Since I was outraged back in May and the story had a happy ending, I had to let everyone know that the Lady Luck isn't such a terrible place after all. My thanks to everyone that wrote to me.
