My neighbor who is a retired fire chief has a metal phone box for sale. I don't have a picture of the box but I have seen it. It is about the size of a 17-20 inch monitor. You open the phone box from the left with a handle. It opens half way through metal hinges and the telephone is attached on its side (if you look at it is is facing you on its side). I lifted phone box it is very heavy.
