The difference is that the club has no such event happening in Reno... such as the NFR in Vegas that you cited.

The NFR comparison would be that several casinos in LAS VEGAS have issued chips in conjunction with the club's 10th Anniversary convention held in LAS VEGAS this year.

What club or Chapter event is taking place in Reno?
