To all those individuals concerned about the Gold Dust, Reno Chips let me put your mind at ease once and for all. Give it six more months and the chips should sell for about $20.00 bucks each . Chalk it up and move on!! It will not be your first nor your last shafting. I have been there so I know how it feels. Read an article I wrote about new chip finds back in 1998 that is posted on Andy's BB. Here is the link:

I heard about this find several months ago but could not find out any info involving those "honorable" Northern Nevada nice guys who rip everyone off at one time or another Mr.B & Mr.S.
I believe there are two dealers who post on this board who MAY know more than they are willing to say but I have no proof and hence have no right to post their names.
However, let me find out that they told me a story and than of course all bets are off.
I will share what I know or could gather from the grapevine. Several boxes surfaced of each denomonation. The chips were distributed to several dealers. These dealers in turn traded and sold to other dealers and "vest pocket" dealers. I was told not to purchase the chips so I didn't.
I have been very upset with not being able to find out more. It's the nature of the beast. Anyway - DON'T BUY THEM!!!! If you purchased them from a reputable dealer I am sure he/she will stand behind what they sold. If not, perhaps you may want to find a different dealer.
Best, Mr."P"
