While I am not really a chip dealer I do claim on occasion to specialize in chips from MS especially obsoletes. Since I frequent the Tunica casinos more than anywhere else I see more of the chips from that area and am familiar with them. For some reason I also will buy almost any obsolete chips I see from that area. It may have to do with "making a market" for those chips since I normally have a good supply of them.
For many people I think specializing simply means collecting from that one area. Does that sound familiar Jill? Since you can't have every chip from Nevada I have been kicking around the idea of "specializing" in chips from the Mandalay Resorts Groupsince I have stayed at their properties for about 30 years. It sure does make collecting easier.
