Following up on Jim P's post, after you visit Spirit Mountain in Grand Ronde head to the Pacific Ocean 18 miles away and visit Jim Fredrickson at Chinook Winds. I live in Portland and like driving up to nearby La Center, WA. (I-5, exit 16, east 3 miles). Four cardrooms there, nice, clean and fun. The list Jim linked to is pretty good and there are a ton of places in the numerous Seattle 'burbs. The best way to locate many of these places would be to pick up a copy of Western Gaming Journal, many ads with maps and web site info.
