I don't get it.
That doesn't make sense... (I am not doubting the information) but why would they have to run "trial games"? I mean - if anyone makes mistakes, does everyone get their money back??
And what if the trials go bad? The Gaming Commission says, "Sorry - you blew it. Put this $8 billion dollar building up for sale. You're too dumb to open a casino."
and why can't they use the chips they are using anyway? I DON'T GET IT!! It must be an Atlantic City thing... and clearly there are a bunch of things going on in AC that I don't "get" either.
