I would agree with what you said with the following caution. When used for commercial purposes or on a members trade or dealer page or ads, the presence of the logo could be misconstrued as an endorsement of the seller by the CC & GTCC. Therefore, while it is probably good for promotion of the club and identifying the seller as a club memeber the logo should, as I think was mentioned, should very clearly express that the logo is an identifier that the party is a member of the club and that it is not an endorsement. Requiring the user to add their member ID at the bottom of the logo with the words proud member... or something like that might be a good way of clarifying this issue. Perhaps rather than requiring an application to be inserted with each shipment maybe the requirement that the logo include a hyperlink to the http://www.ccgtcc.com website and their application page might be a better way of accomplishing that objective.
To sum up, that would be something like this.
LOGO
Member R-5357
Proud Member of the Casino Chip and Gaming Token Colectors Club
(for more information on the club and membership click the logo)
I have never listed anything on so I do not know how difficult the link would be to insert but I would imagine it is possible. Perhaps the club could, along with approved logos, include some instructions on how to place such a link on the site to help those who would be interested.
