Update:
Everything is getting back to normal, better than normal actually.
You can now list, bid, track, post feedback...and more. We still have some graphics to upload, which we are doing now.
I know this has been hard on everyone, including us. I want you all to know that this decision was not easy. We have been with NETDOR for well over a year now, and they have worked very closely with us. Out of a sense of loyality, we tried to stick with them...even when it meant problems for us.
As business and traffic have increased at Jackpot, the situation became more and more intolerable. The decision to switch became even more imperative. All of us at Jackpot, have put our hearts and soul into making this the most customer friendly auction venue on the internet, and for me personally...it has been much like raising a child. And as any parent out there would understand, at a certain point...you must do what is best for the child...even if it is not particularly popular at the time.
I would like to assure all of our valued users that we are 100% committed to providing a first class service to the casino-collectible community, and the actions over the past week or so have all been made to reach that goal.
I would also like to express my deepest appreciation to everyone for their understanding and support throughout this recent ordeal.

I would also like to humbley ask that you give Jackpot a chance to prove itself to you. I have complete faith in all of our employees, as well as our new host, and our new system.
With your support, Jackpot will continue to grow and mature into what we have invisioned.
After all, it takes more than a parent to raise a child, it takes a community.
