Interesting point. Or, if you don't get any assistance from the winner of the auction check through feedback and see if there are any familiar buyers that you know that might help. OR, look at other auctions from the seller and see if you can find a small meaningless item to try and win. If you win tell her that you will not be paying by PayPal and that you will be sending a Money Order. She will then have to give you her address to send a money order. You might find though that it is a Mail Boxes type place or a Post Office. IF you get a P.O. Box, then BANG. Contact the postal inspector and give them her P.O. Box number. Definately Mail Fraud.
