You're right! You have to give a slow shipper time to get you the items---and 30 days isn't a big enough window for some sellers. I knew this woman wasn't goin gto ship way sooner than that---but I wasn't aware of their policy and I read it too late in the game.
I'm hoping that now that ebay owns them--perhaps they'll revise faulty policies like this one.
