I agree with Archie on this. If the BOD approved the use of the logo then that is fine. But the logo is the property of the Club and the Club needs to protect it. They protect it by not letting it be used without permission.

I understand there is a logo usage committee putting together standards for the usage of the logo.

You say that the logo belongs to the club and the club to the members therefore members should be able to use their logo without prior permission from the Board.

Does this apply to other property of the Club. The Club owns display cases which it uses at the convention. Can I just go pick one up and use it without prior permission -- Lets say its to display chips at a local coin show?
