It seems that some folks are asking why a room/date/time are not assigned for each chapter to have its own private meeting. I believe that scheduling for something like that would be done only upon a specific request from a chapter.
If your chapter hasn't formally requested something, then neither Wayne or Belinda could be mind readers to know what you wanted. The Atlantic City chapter is the largest and has never, to my knowledge, requested accomodations for a chapter meeting at the convention.
