During the past few months, I have been the recipient of numerous shipments of chips from Russia. In each case, the shipping company used was DHL and in each case, the transaction was hastle free--although expensive.

With DHL (and I assume other carriers as well,) I was able to track the shipment as it went along--which was really a lot of fun and gave me almost as much of an "up" as I got when I received the chips. But as I mentioned previously, it was expensive. In a few of the cases (especially the lowered faced chips) the postage cost more than the chips themselves.
