We (my company) just entertained a large group of people from Asia, Europe, and a few from Canada. Every time a group like that leaves I shake my head in disbelief that the stigma of TEXAS is alive and well. Seems like everyone still thinks we are in the middle of the WILD WEST with all of us dressing like cowboys, riding horses, roping cows and shooting Indians on big open pastures! Wonder where they thought they were going to land those 747's they were riding over here on? Maybe they thought they just landed them in those big pastures we all have. I must admit I DID see some Indians doing some scalping at the Alabama-Coushatta casino, but I don't think this is what my friends from abroad had in mind! LOL (We DID send them home with Cowboy hats and a pile of "TEXAS" stuff! And tried not to dispel too many illusions. LOL)
So How's the situation over in Houston? Got those wagons circled and all those dogies rounded up? I was just thinking about drilling another oil well next week! Or maybe just shooting up the town! Boy, these boots are killing me!
