I don't think you'll be hurt in this transaction, David. Two ounces of international mail is only $1.60; you may find it will weigh in under that. I'd just pay the 60c if it were me.

However, I think you'll find most collectors outside the US expect to pay a bit more for shipping when they bid on eBay.
