This issue has surfaced many times. In my mind our Constitution is very clear on this issue. Why it is not enforced is another matter altogether. I would hate to get into a looooooog debate but I am hoping this question and many others will be resolved sooner than later.<g>

It is my opinion a local chapter member MUST also become a memeber of our National organization. It appears this problem could and should be resolved at the Chapter level. Yet, it still goes on and on and on!

Why? You tell me.<g> In my opinion, Lee's statements do not justify Colorado's lack of support for the mother organization. If Colorado enforced the National Constitution and bylaws this question would not be a question but a resolved matter.
