probably is. you know the people that work at the casino (hosts, promotions,people like that)there job is to get people in their casinos and spend MONEY.i was at the $100 hooters release.there 44 people in line i was 42.after the chips were all sold everyone left the casino.i saw it and i'm sure the casino did too.why do you think they give FREE toasters and t.v.s and crap like that away to people? so you can spend your money there. their not getting any of your money as you run out the door.

maybe the fact is the casino wants the DEMAND to out pace the SUPPLY.they can't do anything to raise the demand so they shrink the supply!
