I think (think ) the chip was ordered thru EuroCoin and produced by Chipco, Int'l.

BTW, I received my example a few years ago while doing 75 mph on the Loxahatchee Hwy while some guy sitting next to me with 6 hot dogs stuffed in his face tossed me the chip with his free foot.
